NextGen UBE Schedule

The NextGen UBE will be administered twice a year, following the traditional bar exam calendar of February and July administrations. The first day of testing takes place on the Tuesday preceding the last Wednesday of February and July, with the second day occurring on that Wednesday.

40 Multiple-Choice Questions (72 minutes)
2 Integrated Question Sets (48 minutes)
1 Performance Task (60 minutes)

1 Performance Task (60 minutes)
